  I sent flowers on mothers day , I sent conflicting delivery instructions admittedly
  but full contact details should there be a problem. The flowers never arrived and not only did they laugh and giggle and blame me entirely , they slammed the phone down
  when I said half a refund was inadequate. Would never recommend this immature
  flower gallery , expensive delivery but by an amateur. Owner seems like a 20 yr old in experienced and unqualified to run a business.
